Husch Blackwell guides Advanced Ionics in Series A Investment for green H2

National law firm Husch Blackwell is pleased to announce it represented Advanced Ionics, a developer of a new category of H2 electrolyzers useful for expanding green H2 production, in raising $12.5 MM in funding.

The new capital will help catalyze Milwaukee-based Advanced Ionics’ growth and the initial deployment of its Symbion water vapor electrolyzer technology for heavy industry. Water vapor electrolyzers address two of the biggest obstacles to expanding green H2 production: cost and electricity requirements.

The Husch Blackwell team was led by Scott Brunner and included Auriel Ackerman, Myers Dill, David Eckhardt, Casey Kidwell, Grant Leach and Scott LeBlanc.
