Rely launches Clear100+, its green H2 configurable productized plant

Rely, a joint venture created by Technip Energies and John Cockerill, launches Clear100+, a configurable productized plant dedicated to large-scale production of green H2. With its singular product approach, Rely enables a significant reduction of both CAPEX and OPEX and drives down the levelized cost of H2 (LCOH) by offering the market a safe and configurable pre-engineered plant with integrated performance guarantees, optimized footprint and reduced lead time. Clear100+ incorporates proven technologies, notably John Cockerill H2's pressurized alkaline electrolyzers.

Clear100+ consists of a standard 100-MW green H2 production plant, integrating John Cockerill H2 pressurized alkaline electrolyzer stacks with process treatment units, pre-assembled for installation. Beyond the advantages of its cost-effective design, this integrated productized plant allows for the full safety of operations, a compact footprint and enhanced maintainability.

With Clear100+, Rely enables its industrial and energy customers to reach their destination towards their decarbonization goals, guaranteeing them a large-scale supply of accessible, reliable, safe and affordable green H2.

Damien Eyriès, CEO of Rely, said, "A few months only after our official creation, we are proud to launch Clear100+, our first productized plant. With this 100-MW green H2 product, we provide the market with a solution that is quick to implement, reliable, safe, configurable and, overall, that will contribute to make the green H2 affordable. Rely capital structure, bringing together a world leading engineering and technology actor and the technological leader in alkaline electrolyzers, makes us the unique player to be able to offer to our customers such an integrated solution, guaranteeing simultaneously high performance and permanent access to the most innovative technologies. With Clear100+, we are committed to pave the way for our clients to reach their decarbonized destination."
