SolydEra and Dynelectro have transitioned from a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to a formal collaboration agreement, marking the start of a strategic partnership. This agreement aims to deliver a 1-MW solid oxide electrolyzer by September 2025, combining SolydEra’s advanced technology with Dynelectro’s industrial expertise to support green H2 and ammonia production for a low-carbon economy.
The expanded cooperation will leverage Solydera’s advanced solid oxide electrolysis technologies and Dynelectro’s expertise in industrial applications to develop innovative, efficient and scalable solutions to deliver cutting-edge solutions that support the production of green H2 and ammonia, essential components in the transition to a low-carbon economy.
As part of the collaboration agreement, SolydEra will serve as a solid oxide stack and technology provider to Dynelectro. A comprehensive framework will leverage the companies’ expertise, strengths and resources that will enable the partners to drive forward groundbreaking innovation and deliver exceptional solutions to their stakeholders.
“We are thrilled to solidify our partnership with Dynelectro,” said Alexander Liberov, CEO of SolydEra. “This agreement not only underscores our commitment to innovation but also paves the way for groundbreaking advancements. This co-creation is already seeing incredible results if we think that in less than one year a 1-MW dynamic electrolyzer unit delivering up to 30 kg/hr of H2 will be delivered to the Danish company European Energy that will be producing green H2 by splitting water using the electricity generated in their wind farm.”
“This represents the culmination of four years of collaboration and shared innovation between our teams,” explained Sune Lilbæk, CEO of Dynelectro. “By combining our expertise in high-efficiency electrolysis with SolydEra’s robust stack technology, we are poised to deliver a scalable solution for affordable H2, a critical feedstock in aviation, transportation and petrochemical industries. This is a significant step forward in meeting the growing market demand for clean energy solutions across industries.”
