Hengtong contributes to China’s largest integrated offshore photovoltaic demonstration project

Hengtong contributed to China’s largest integrated offshore photovoltaic (PV) demonstration project featuring solar power, H2 production and refueling, and energy storage, which was successfully connected to the grid for power generation recently.

This is also the first PV project for tidal flat ecological remediation in China, combining advanced PV technology with intelligent control systems to achieve efficient energy conversion and storage. Integrating H2 production and utilization to further enhance efficiency, it is expected to generate an average of approximately 460 million kWh/yr, equivalent to saving 151,000 tons of standard coal, and reducing CO2 emissions by about 309,400 tons, SO2 by about 5,626 tons, and NO2 by about 11,253 tons.

Over recent years, Hengtong has proactively developed a clean energy industrial cluster covering wind and solar power, energy storage, charging, and intelligent green electricity-based H2 energy, actively contributing to the green transition.
