Technology company Siemens and Germany-based TURN2X have announced a global partnership aimed at advancing the production of renewable natural gas (RNG) through a comprehensive technological collaboration. This partnership responds to the market's growing recognition of RNG as a critical component in achieving a balanced and sustainable energy transition.

TURN2X specializes in producing climate-neutral methane by combining green hydrogen with CO₂ captured from bioethanol plants, to create a renewable alternative to conventional natural gas. By joining forces with Siemens' advanced technology portfolio, the collaboration aims to significantly scale up TURN2X's production capabilities while optimizing efficiency across the company’s operations.

• Process optimization using advanced automation systems and instrumentation specifically tailored for TURN2X's unique green methane production process.
• Operational excellence thanks to digital twin technology and energy management solutions that enable sophisticated remote plant operation with maximum efficiency.
• Future-readiness resulting from enhanced cybersecurity and standardized solution development that will accelerate the deployment of new facilities.

This integrated approach will enable TURN2X to rapidly expand its production capacity while maintaining the highest standards of reliability.
