Edil San Felice S.p.A. Società Benefit – a leading integrated operator active in the maintenance and critical infrastructure sector in Italy, listed on the Euronext Growth Milan market – has been awarded, as the designated executing company by the Consorzio Stabile Fenix S.c.a.r.l., a new contract from Autostrade del Brennero with a total value of €13,235,652.60 for the executive design and construction of a H2 refueling station.
This contract is of significant strategic importance: in line with the objectives that guided the recent issuance of a sustainability-linked bond, the company reinforces its commitment to initiatives capable of generating tangible environmental benefits.
Through this award, Edil San Felice also consolidates its role as an integrated operator in the national motorway infrastructure sector, continuing its growth path in the construction of civil works in support of road transport. This development complements the company’s well-established expertise in road maintenance.
More specifically, the project involves the construction of a highly innovative facility for dispensing H2, intended to serve both light vehicles and heavy goods vehicles, and represents an important infrastructure in support of sustainable mobility along the Brenner motorway corridor.
The main planned activities include construction of the service kiosk and the canopy, creation of H2 storage and compression areas, installation of dispensers and all electrical, mechanical, and fire protection systems. The project also includes paving, landscaping, and refurbishment of the existing building with restrooms and showers, equipped with a photovoltaic system.
The work must be completed within 124 consecutive calendar days from the signing of the work commencement report. With this new contract, the value of awards acquired by Edil San Felice in 2025 exceeds €86 MM.
Lorenzo Di Palma, CEO of Edil San Felice, stated, “With this award, we reaffirm our strong commitment to projects with a positive environmental impact, in line with the objectives that guided the issuance of our sustainability-linked bond last February. This project fits fully within the context of the transition toward more sustainable mobility, which requires increasingly advanced and cutting-edge infrastructure. At the same time, we continue our path of progressive business diversification, combining our consolidated expertise in road maintenance with a targeted growth strategy in civil works, with the aim of responding ever more effectively to the needs of a constantly evolving market.”
