Fluxys invites all stakeholders to participate in a public consultation on the scenarios developed during the Taskforce Multi-Energy Scenarios, jointly organized by Elia and Fluxys, Belgium’s transmission system operators for electricity and gas.

This consultation focuses on the proposed scenarios for Belgium’s future energy demand and supply, including the underlying input data, assumptions, and methodology that will shape the 10-yr investment plans for both the electricity and H₂ transmission networks. In this edition, Elia and Fluxys are working jointly through a multi-energy approach, ensuring consistency and alignment between their infrastructure strategies.

The objective of this consultation is to collect feedback from stakeholders - including current and prospective users of the transmission networks, distribution system operators, regulators, and regional authorities - regarding the proposed scenarios and assumptions to be used in the national development plans for electricity and H₂.

Stakeholders are encouraged to review the proposed scenarios and provide feedback at the latest by Friday, 12th September 2025 6:00 PM.
