Trina Green Hydrogen container H2 production equipment shipped to Europe

The MW level container H2 production equipment independently developed and manufactured by Trina Green Hydrogen was successfully offline and officially shipped from China to overseas. Expected to arrive at the destination in September 2025 and put into demonstration operation before the end of the year. This marks a significant breakthrough in the full process delivery capability of Trina Green Hydrogen in the global H2 energy market.

The MW class containerized electrolytic water H2 production system shipped this time uses four standard containers, integrating more than ten equipment such as electrolytic cells, gas-liquid separation devices, purification systems, power supplies, water treatment, compressors, etc. It will be applied to the Portuguese government's H2 refueling station demonstration project. This project is an important component of the Portuguese government's energy transformation strategy. As a government tender project, it has a high degree of demonstration and benchmark significance and will assist in the construction of the local clean energy transportation system.

The Trina Green Hydrogen containerized H2 production system has the characteristics of high integration, high efficiency, and flexible deployment, which can meet the high standard requirements for safety, reliability, and system response speed in H2 refueling station scenarios.

Unique safety structure: adopting the patented design of "suspended mountain top, sky and earth door", expanding the operation and maintenance space, eliminating the risk of gas accumulation in a closed environment, and achieving natural ventilation and rapid maintenance.

Advantages of rapid deployment: Modules are connected through quick connect hoses, eliminating the need for onsite pipeline construction and reducing delivery time by more than 50%, solving problems such as high bulk transportation costs and difficult transportation of oversized equipment. Provided a "plug and play" solution for overseas projects, especially suitable for areas with limited infrastructure.

This project is not only for equipment export, but also a practical verification of the full chain capability of Trina Green Hydrogen's overseas business.

  • Efficient performance: From business negotiations in January 2025, to onsite testing and acceptance in June, and successful shipment in July, it only took 7 months to cross multiple links such as technical adaptation, production debugging, system integration, testing and acceptance, and complete shipment
  • Localized collaboration: The project team integrates local policy standards, customizes supporting systems that comply with destination country safety regulations, and achieves seamless integration between equipment and terminal H2 refueling facilities
  • Operation and maintenance forward: Synchronize the deployment of remote monitoring systems to provide pre maintenance support for operation before the end of the year, ensuring "delivery and operation".

This successful shipment has set a benchmark for efficiency and reliability for subsequent large-scale overseas projects.

Trina Green Hydrogen's overseas business expansion has already blossomed, and this delivery is a continuation of its globalization strategy.

European benchmark project: In July 2024, Trina Green Group collaborated with a local developer in Spain to develop a strategic 160-MW green H2 project for the city government of Huelva, Spain. It is expected to start construction by the end of 2026

Breakthrough in Oceania's first order: In October 2024, supply alkaline H2 production equipment to the George Town project in Tasmania, Australia, to help replace heavy truck fuel

Latin American Ecological Co construction: In March 2025, we will collaborate with regional leader CKN to expand into the markets of Mexico and Colombia, promoting the integrated application of "wind solar H2 storage". Through technological cooperation, localized services, and policy adaptation, Trina Green Hydrogen has built a global H2 energy business network.

The successful shipment of this project is an important manifestation of Trina Green Hydrogen technology strength and international delivery capability and also marks another key progress in the company's layout in the European market.

In the future, Trina Green Hydrogen will further strengthen its research and development, production, and delivery capabilities, continue to be driven by technological innovation, deepen the construction of capacity centers in Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, and the Asia Pacific, assist international partners in promoting the landing of H2 energy ecosystems, and actively participate in global green energy project construction. Through localized operation and maintenance networks, it will shorten response cycles and make Chinese H2 energy technology the core supporting force for global zero carbon transformation.
