John Cockerill Hydrogen and the Institute for Technological Research into Materials, Metallurgy and Processes (IRT M2P) are strengthening their collaboration in the development of green H2 technologies.
On September 5, Nicolas de Coignac (CEO, John Cockerill Hydrogen), Maite Basurto Rivas (CTO, John Cockerill Hydrogen), Stéphane Poinsot (Managing Director, IRT M2P) and Pascal Lamesle (Scientific and Technical Director, IRT M2P) signed an agreement formalizing the commissioning in Metz (France) of two electrolysis test benches, designed to test the electrolyzers of the future as part of the European IPCEI Hy2Tech project.
For several years, the group and the Institute for Technological Research into Materials, Metallurgy and Processes have been contributing to the development of the French green H2 ecosystem, particularly through research into equipment and components, with the aim of technological innovation and accelerating the development of the H2 sector in France and Europe.
